About Us
Functionally guided care
for a brighter YOU
We provide a personalized, root-cause approach to health and wellness. We believe that true wellness begins with understanding the whole person, not just treating symptoms. We guide patients on their journey to optimal health with evidence-based, functional medicine that goes beyond conventional, one-size-fits-all treatments.
Healthcare should feel supportive.
At Radiant Health Collective, you are heard, your symptoms are validated, and your healing journey is uniquely yours.
True wellness begins with understanding the whole person, not just treating symptoms.
We guide patients on their journey to optimal health with evidence-based, functional medicine that goes beyond conventional, one-size-fits-all treatments.
A personalized, root-cause approach to health and wellness
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their well-being by identifying and addressing the underlying causes of chronic conditions, including hormonal imbalances, gut dysfunction, mental health concerns, and more.
Through compassionate care, cutting-edge diagnostics, and integrative therapies, we help our patients achieve alleviation of symptoms and optimal health.
Our Vision
Our vision is to blend functional medicine, advanced diagnostics, and integrative therapies to help people heal from the inside out.
Our Goal
Our goal is to provide a personalized, root-cause approach to health and healing. We aim to foster a flourishing society by empowering individuals, families, and communities to thrive in health, connection, and purpose.
We saw a gap in traditional healthcare.
We were asked to give patients quick-fix solutions instead of real answers.
Too often, people struggle with chronic symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances, only to be told their labs are “normal” or that their symptoms are just something they have to live with.
We knew there had to be a better way.
Our Approach is...
Personalized
No two patients are alike, and neither are our treatment plans. We take time to understand your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals before ordering labs and crafting a strategy that’s uniquely tailored to you.
Science-driven & Holistic
We utilize advanced lab testing, functional medicine assessments, and in-depth consultation to uncover the underlying imbalances contributing to your symptoms.
Comprehensive & Whole-body Focused
We take an integrative approach, considering factors like gut health, possible mold exposure, hormone imbalances, mental well-being, and detoxification pathways to develop a plan that supports your entire system.
Collaborative
We intentionally work WITH our patients to uncover underlying health issues and develop personalized treatment plans together.
Results-Oriented
While every healing journey is unique, our goal is to help you experience sustained, long-term improvements, not just temporary relief.

Practitioners
Melissa Mangan
MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Melissa is a certified family nurse practitioner with over four years of experience working in integrative and functional medicine, following a decade as a registered nurse in intensive care, pediatrics, and the perioperative setting.
Melissa’s journey into root-cause medicine began with her own health struggles. She felt exhausted, anxious, stressed, and had gut issues despite her best efforts at self-care.
Like many patients, she felt dismissed and unheard by her healthcare providers and on her own, discovered that she had an autoimmune thyroid disease.
This experience ignited her passion for functional medicine and led her to focus on personalized care.
Melissa values taking time with each patient to understand their unique history, environment, and lifestyle.
Her mission is to help others find the real reasons behind their health issues instead of just treating symptoms.
Melissa’s clinical interests lie in treating thyroid disorders, women’s hormonal health, and digestive issues. Instead of just giving pills, she aims to find long-term solutions that improve overall health. Melissa’s own experience made her realize how critical it is to truly listen. Her approach is different because she makes sure her patients feel validated and understood.
Melissa walks her talk. Everything she recommends, she practices in her life. Committed to lifelong learning, Melissa integrates the latest research into practical and sustainable treatment plans.
When Melissa is not working, she is gardening, cooking, resistance training, cross country skiing, in the sauna, mushroom foraging, and enjoying life with her husband, two children, and dog.

As empathetic as she is knowledgeable! With Melissa Mangan in my corner, I feel at peace knowing that I’m in good hands and that I’ve found help with ongoing health dilemmas (not the band-aid kind, either. Actual root cause help).
Not only do I feel a thousand times better since being treated by her, I no longer feel dread about symptoms yet-to-come (e.g. menopause) because I know she’ll help me keep on living my best life.
She’s an expert listener and always explains treatment options in a way I understand – without dumbing down the info. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her.

Hannah Lewis
MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Hannah is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a master’s degree in nursing from Purdue Global. She has a deep commitment to helping patients feel truly seen and supported. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to get to the root of health challenges and partner with each patient in creating a holistic, individualized path toward lasting wellness.
With a background in both conventional and integrative care, Hannah draws from a wide range of tools—including herbal supplements, targeted prescriptions, dietary and lifestyle strategies—to create customized plans that align with each patient’s unique symptoms, preferences, and goals. She has a particular talent for interpreting complex lab results in context, using her technical mind to map out clear, strategic next steps and prioritize what to work on first.
She became intrigued in the foundational principles of functional medicine as she watched her Grandma Sue take charge of her cancer care with alternative therapies to support her pain, nutrition, and overall quality of life. It was through this experience that she took a deeper dive into her own health and began to start looking for ways to optimize her own health as well as the health of those around her.
Hannah spent the beginning part of her career in North Carolina, working within the Duke University Health System and at University of North Carolina Hospital, primarily in the Pediatric ICU. As she was working and obtaining her nurse practitioner degree, she sought out functional medicine clinics through her rotational experiences before joining an private integrative practice in North Carolina before returning home to Minnesota and working at another integrative clinic in Minneapolis.
Whether she’s addressing hormone imbalances, chronic fatigue, gut issues, or general health optimization, Hannah brings energy, empathy, and precision to every patient interaction. Her patients appreciate how she makes them feel at ease while delivering thorough, in-depth care.
Outside of the clinic, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and two kiddos, gardening, reading, and playing volleyball. A lifelong animal lover, she dreams of re-establishing the backyard apiary and chicken coop she had while living in North Carolina.

I left my primary care office with abnormal labs being told “not to worry” and everything was “normal”.
Hannah was very good about explaining what each thing meant, coming up with a treatment plan that didn’t feel overwhelming and had a clear follow up plan. Now I would never see anyone else!

Administrative Team
Jessie Rudi, PhD
Administrative Specialist
Jessie knows firsthand how overwhelming the healthcare system can be, and is here to help guide, support, and advocate for every patient who trusts us with their care. Jessie looks forward to welcoming you to our Collective and being a part of your journey toward lasting health and vitality.
Before transitioning into the world of functional medicine, she built a career in social science research, earning her PhD in Family Social Science and developing a deep expertise in statistics, research methodology, and science communication.
Much of her work focused on the impact of technology use within family systems, program evaluation, and supporting the health and well-being of military-connected individuals and families.
While she loved the intellectual challenge of research, Jessie realized that her true passion lies in directly helping people improve their lives in tangible ways.
That realization led her to pivot her career, using her skills in data-driven problem-solving, patient advocacy, and holistic wellness to make a meaningful impact in her community.
Jessie's goal is to create an environment where healing is accessible, compassionate, and patient-centered.
Outside of the clinic, Jessie is a married mom of three and is deeply invested in wellness, mindfulness, and creating a balanced life for herself and her family.
Jessie grew up in the Washington, DC area and enjoys sewing, travel, and is an avid hockey fan.
Jessie is a Reiki Master and is deeply inspired by how energy work can complement health and healing. This path has opened a new dimension of learning and self-development, which Jessie is thoroughly enjoying!
