Meet Hannah Lewis
Practitioner
Hannah Lewis
MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Hannah is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a master’s degree in nursing from Purdue Global. She has a deep commitment to helping patients feel truly seen and supported. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to get to the root of health challenges and partner with each patient in creating a holistic, individualized path toward lasting wellness.
With a background in both conventional and integrative care, Hannah draws from a wide range of tools—including herbal supplements, targeted prescriptions, dietary and lifestyle strategies—to create customized plans that align with each patient’s unique symptoms, preferences, and goals. She has a particular talent for interpreting complex lab results in context, using her technical mind to map out clear, strategic next steps and prioritize what to work on first.
She became intrigued in the foundational principles of functional medicine as she watched her Grandma Sue take charge of her cancer care with alternative therapies to support her pain, nutrition, and overall quality of life. It was through this experience that she took a deeper dive into her own health and began to start looking for ways to optimize her own health as well as the health of those around her.
Hannah spent the beginning part of her career in North Carolina, working within the Duke University Health System and at University of North Carolina Hospital, primarily in the Pediatric ICU. As she was working and obtaining her nurse practitioner degree, she sought out functional medicine clinics through her rotational experiences before joining a private integrative practice in North Carolina before returning home to Minnesota and working at another integrative clinic in Minneapolis.
Outside of the clinic, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and two kiddos, gardening, reading, and playing volleyball. A lifelong animal lover, she dreams of re-establishing the backyard apiary and chicken coop she had while living in North Carolina.

I left my primary care office with abnormal labs being told “not to worry” and everything was “normal”.
Hannah was very good about explaining what each thing meant, coming up with a treatment plan that didn’t feel overwhelming and had a clear follow up plan. Now I would never see anyone else!
