A comprehensive initial visit for adults to deeply explore your health history, concerns, and goals. Includes time for discussing recommended lab work and next steps.
Pediatric New Patient Appointment

60 MINUTES ALLOTTED
A foundational visit for children (ages 2-12). Your provider will take time to understand the full picture of your child’s health and co-create a testing and health plan with parents.
Extended Follow-Up Appointment

60 MINUTES ALLOTTED
Used for first-time lab reviews for new patients, multiple lab markers to review, or re-establishing care after a longer break.
Standard Follow-Up Appointment

30 MINUTES ALLOTTED
For ongoing care: symptom updates, reviewing a few labs, adjusting protocols, or continuing your care plan.
Extended Lab Review
$450
90 MINUTES ALLOTTED
This is for patients who bring in extensive outside labs (16+), such as Dr. Mark Hyman’s Function Lab panel, or other functional labs not ordered by our providers. Labs results must be sent to us at least 48 business hours prior to appointment to be reviewed.
Coordination of Care Phone Call

15 MINUTES ALLOTTED
Includes provider time to review care recommendations from an outside naturopathic doctor or a brief phone call to check in on a new symptom, complicated question, or update.
